When you or someone you love are struggling with mental illness, raising a family, navigating through career decisions, battling substance abuse, or managing relationships, it can make you feel like you are living in a completely different reality and completely alone. The judgement, misinformation, and lack of resources can all be overwhelming. It may even require quick transitions and necessary changes. But if you don’t where to start, your problem can easily become bigger than you can handle.
