About Niekachi

Niekachi Nwogu - Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Honor Your EmotionsI have a question for you. Are you tired of spending way too much time in your past, or being filled with worry about your future?

I mean your worries have you up all night playing the “What If” game and you know you’ll never win.

And if overthinking was a sport, you would qualify for the Olympics.

In fact, these days you’re probably overwhelmed about everything.   Or maybe you’re just confused and would like answers.

Managing a moody and confused teen, navigating through career decisions, trying to maintain a healthy marriage, going to school, paying bills, a desire to model good behaviors, or helping your kid ride the bike, all have you feeling like you’re drowning.

And when life transitions happen…you feel like you are caught in quicksand.

You’re doubting that your best is not good enough. Or doing nothing to play it safe, but know there is more you want to accomplish.

Why is this happening you may ask?

Well, let me be the first to tell you that you are not alone and until you understand the blocks that are holding you back…you will continue to struggle.

But I have some answers to help.

I’m Niekachi Nwogu, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (License # 85265) with 6 years of experience in the mental health field, who specializes in working with families, couples, individuals, teens, and adolescents who need help navigating through multiple issues like anxiety, depression, family trauma, past traumas, PTSD, life transitions, low self-esteem, relational/marital issues, school stress, and family work.
