Lorena De La Torre Villegas - Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Honor Your Emotions

Compliance Director

From the outside, everything appears like your life is “normal” …But you feel like a fraud!

In fact, you’re just one step away from what seems like a disaster, even though it seems like you’re doing everything you can to keep from falling apart.

But it’s not working for you anymore.

You’re unhappy, worried, confused, angry, afraid, and maybe even embarrassed from your past mistakes.  Now it’s affecting different aspects of your life, like your relationships with friends and family, school, work, and your personal life in general.

You eating all the time or maybe not at all, staying up all night or sleeping too much, overthinking, underperforming, your exhausted and ready to give up.

You have tried to “do the right thing” because you want to please everyone around you.

But you’re suffering. And doing it in silence, which is the worse kind of pain. Emotional pain.

And only a professional with years of experience like myself can help you feel better.

My name is Lorena De La Torre Villegas LMFT (113434).  And I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

And although, I am well versed in the Latino experience due to my upbringing, I considers myself a holistic therapist who has over 10 years of experience working with individuals, children, adults, families, and couples from all cultural backgrounds.
