About Tangia

Does overthinking everything or being stuck in your past hurts leave you feeling drained, unhappy, or simply wanting to give up?
I understand what it’s like to try and do everything you can to avoid failure, but everything still falls apart.
You seek to find the best for everyone else, and when things don’t go perfectly, you believe something is wrong with you – that you’ve messed up.
The pressure to “figure it out” weighs heavy on your chest.
You’re starting to notice that you have a bad attitude, you’re always tired, worried, and struggling to get stuff done.
Has all of this started to affect your relationships, your health, family life, work, and your finances?
Are you ready to stop the thoughts, the doubts, the fears, and unwanted emotions that keep you stuck in your pain?
If you’ve answered “YES,” then let me offer you some simple, authentic, practical, and evidenced based spiritual or mental health skills to take back your peace.
I’m Tangia Hardy, the CEO of Honor Your Emotions, Inc. and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Licensed #27872). I have over 17 years of mental health experience and I pride myself in working with various ethnic backgrounds, a range of mental health concerns, and life challenges.
I have a gift of empowering individuals to take the necessary steps towards eliminating current and past fears, traumas, childhood “hang ups,” negative experiences, and unwanted mental health symptoms which frequently blocks you from receiving healing in your mind and in your life.
My down-to-earth attitude, life experiences, spiritual knowledge, and therapeutic skills help me easily relate to your struggles in an empathetic environment.
As we work together, you will learn how to manage your thought life in order to eliminate destructive messages and unhealthy life patterns.
You will also discover how to reshape your mindset and live the life you’ve always imagined! I speak both English and Spanish fluently and I’m always welcoming new clients into my practice.
SPECIALTIES:
