We’ve all gotten to know the sucky parts of life.
The feelings of anxiety, frustration, shame, guilt, sadness – those “not so pleasant” emotions.
Now to be fair, there is no such thing as a good or bad emotion. But try convincing yourself of that when you’re laying in your bed at night, doing everything in your power to get some sleep.
Day after day you wake up afraid and miserable.
You’re doing everything in your power to be what everyone – including yourself – expects you to be,.
This expectation to be the perfect parent, spouse, child, teenager, employee, neighbor – the list goes on and on.
You are terrified that everyone will find out that you’re a fraud. You feel like you’re falling behind and getting back on track seems impossible at this point.
Be honest with yourself.
You’ve tried everything to “get out of your head,” from yoga and meditation to church and medication.
Let’s not even discuss some of the “not so healthy” tactics which only make your problems worse.
No matter what you’ve tried, it hasn’t removed the constant feelings of worry, fear, regret, and hopelessness about your future.
They tell you to manage your emotions, but you don’t even know where to start.
Why not establish a healthier relationship with your thoughts?
Trust me, it’s impossible to feel an emotion without thinking about something first. Try it. Impossible right?
In fact, we all have something called Automatic Negative Thoughts or “ANTS” that are in competition with our realistic and positive thoughts on a daily basis.
The worst part is, these “ANTS” will play tricks on you and distort your thinking if you’re not careful.
I can offer you a clear method for managing this problem and I will take you through it, step by step, in my free eBook;
“Think and Grow Happy”
This eBook provides you with 5 simple techniques to help you better understand your thoughts and manage your unwanted emotions.
What are you waiting for?
Remember, “Positivity Over Pain.”
Every time you have an “Automatic Negative Thought,” go ahead and POP that ANT.
Take control. Download my E-Book “Think and Grow Happy”
and start living the life you desire.
