About Jamie
Whatever stage of life you’re at, I’ll work with you to start/continue your healing journey…
Ever heard the saying, ‘no man is an island…’? It simply means that no matter how you slice and dice it, we all need someone/help at some point. And as we all know, conflict is bound to arise at some point. It’s what makes us human.
I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages. As well as couples looking to heal relational wounds and strengthen their relationship.
No matter what you’ve been through, there will be no judgment for how you’re coping.
Being a human being can be difficult. You may have experienced some trauma that you’ve kept to yourself. And you may be coping the best way you know how. You may even be experiencing feelings of depression and anxiety! Yet here you are taking it day by day.
I am looking forward to holding space with you and helping you find your way back to YOU!
You are deserving of healing, as are your loved ones!
