About Natalie

You may not want to be here…But goodness, I’m so thankful you’re here!

There may be moments you’ve been left thinking like, ‘why am I here?  What even is the point?’ When those thoughts arise, know that you’re NOT alone, and It. Gets. Better!

Does your family drive you nuts? Do YOU drive your family and friends nuts?! – It’s okay, you can admit it…But, life would be boring without either party in it.

Do you work overtime masking your more complex feelings?

Want to take the edge off? Let’s come up with an effective solution…

This is a judgment-free zone, and that means come as you are! You may struggle with depression and/or anxiety…Let’s talk about it. I promise not to run away, and instead listen with an open mind.

You’re unique, and that’s your superpower! Your loved ones are also unique, and that can complicate things sometimes…

While I have over 10 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents and young adults, I have also worked with a wide range of client ages from 6 to 60 years old, as well as clients within the LGBTQ+ community.

Though I’ll be the first person to admit that chatting with a “stranger” about our struggles can feel scary, take comfort knowing that you’re not alone in this feeling. So let’s get to know each other, and tackle our biggest fears.
