About Yasmin

Do you feel caught in a dark tunnel and have no idea how to escape?

Year after year you have professed to yourself, your spouse, friends, and loved ones, that things would be better.

You’ve created list, bought equipment, read books, listened to podcast, prayed, and maybe engaged in some things that you’re not proud of to feel better but nothing has changed.

In fact, things seem to be getting worse!

It seems you’ve even loss you “super powers” to fake it till you make it, and people are starting to notice that something isn’t right. You’re tired all the time no matter how much sleep you get. Or you’re awake all night thinking about worse case scenarios about anything.

Your zeal for life is depleted and just want to hide under a rock.

You’ve tried talking to your friends about what you’ve been experiencing but you can’t quite articulate your thoughts. And when you do, you feel misunderstood or embarrassed. And since the pandemic, all of your fears, doubts, worries, confusion, anger, frustration, feelings of sadness, isolation, and loneliness are out of control!

You are easily distracted and avoidant of everything and everyone (even your family and friends).

You even believe you’re a fraud and a failure so you want to give up on everything…school, work, your children, your friends, and sometimes life.  And thoughts that have been dominating your mind lately are unreal.

So please understand, that you don’t have to go through these experiences alone.

And it is important that you try to remember that trouble doesn’t last always, no matter how bad it seems or feels.
