About Barbara
Struggling with life transitions, mental illness, and
life demands life can feel like so much.
…the expectations, responsibilities, and everything that goes along with it, is so overwhelming.
Juggling between trying to make right decisions for yourself, raising a family, going to work, attending school, engaging in activities for self-improvement, and the list goes on and on.
A starting point may seem like it’s out of your reach and the tools needed to get there may feel unrealistic.
Why do you ask? Because when you are struggling emotionally….
Everything seems like a heavy load that you can’t carry.
The negative thoughts, the lack of energy, sleepless nights, and horrible food choices have been weighing you down for months. And you know you can’t give up but you’ve definitely been exploring the options.
But don’t give up! Change is always possible!
