About Ivy

Ivy Palencia - Licensed Professional Clinical Bilingual Counselor at Honor Your EmotionsThe key to life is recognizing that it doesn’t come with a success manual.

You have to live the answer.

Sure, we all have life experiences and can learn from our mistakes.  But it doesn’t always build confidence and can be scary at times.

With the internet, television, and other outside influences, it’s easy to continually question what’s best for yourself, your child, your family, your career, and the list goes on.

And what does it mean when you wake up feeling like you want to stay in bed all day?

How about the ruminating thoughts about your past that are sometimes crippling?  Or the game of “maybe maybe” that overwhelms your mind and increases your anxiety.

Then there’s the sleep struggles, poor concentration, feelings of worthlessness, shame, guilt, grief, and the overall stress that has taken its toll on your physical appearance.

And we won’t even discuss how you’ve been coping.

Is any of this normal?  Is it even possible to feel like yourself again?

Let me try to increase your hope again.

Because these are the types of struggles many people can overcome with support.

And only a professional with years of experience like myself can help get you there.
